It seems that everyone around me is worried about how to remain relevant. Perhaps this is nothing new. Since at least the mid-1800s and the industrial revolution, careers have been in a constant state of disruption.

But no generation of leaders has ever experienced change and disruption like this. We are in an era of malignant complexity. Does anybody really understand anything any more?
